Anchor Metals
Helping builders anchor their success in the metal building industry.

SERVICES • BUILDING PACKAGES

Complete metal building packages.

We sell metal building packages and coordinate estimating, detailing, manufacturing, and delivery. Whether a project starts with a builder or an owner, the goal is the same: a clear scope and a building that installs the way it was planned.

What we provide with every building package

Anchor Metals sells complete metal building packages. Each package is coordinated as a single system that includes the structure, roof and wall panel systems, trim and flashing, accessories, and finishes required to complete the building envelope.

We do not sell individual parts. Panels, trim, flashing, and structural items are selected and supplied as part of the building package so everything works together from drawings through delivery.

Estimating and package scope

Every project starts by defining the building package clearly. Size, layout, use, loads, openings, panel profiles, trim package, and finishes are documented so the quoted scope matches what will be manufactured and delivered.

  • Building size, layout, and intended use
  • Roof and wall panel systems selected as part of the package
  • Trim, flashing, and accessory details tied to the building envelope
  • Scope clarity that reduces changes later in the project

Design, detailing, and drawings

After the scope is set, we coordinate drawings and details that drive production. The structure, panels, trim, openings, and finishes shown on the drawings match what was priced and approved.

  • Building layout and framing details aligned to scope
  • Panel and trim details consistent with the quoted package
  • Clear documentation for review and approval
  • Engineering coordination when required by the project

Manufacturing coordination

Once drawings are approved, we coordinate manufacturing based on the finalized building package. Materials are produced to match the approved scope so there are fewer surprises when the building arrives on site.

  • Production scheduled from approved drawings
  • Panel, trim, and structural items coordinated as one package
  • Changes documented so scope stays consistent
  • Loads prepared to reflect the full building system

Delivery planning

Delivery is planned around the building package, not individual materials. Loads are coordinated so the structure, panels, trim, and accessories arrive in a usable sequence for erection.

  • Delivery timing coordinated with the job schedule
  • Loads organized to support erection flow
  • Clear documentation of what is included
  • Support through final deliveries and closeout
